New Torch Reaming Station in North America

Posted by Michelle Howard

ABICOR BINZEL USA, Inc., a leader in welding guns and peripherals, formally launched their new Torch Cleaning Station TCS-FP this month.

TCS-FP, short for Full Package, combines the latest in torch maintenance developments from ABICOR BINZEL's industry-leading line of robotic welding peripherals, keeping their best in class reaming and wire cutting features while building more user-friendly functions into this new and improved version.

The new TCS-FP is equipped with new developments including an optimized standing height to be more in line with industry-accepted standards, a motion-activated anti-spatter injector that eliminates a solenoid, future Fieldbus connectivity to support software packages, and a single point connection for all electrical wiring.

The TCS-FP complements the existing TCS Compact in BINZEL USA's robot torch maintenance product portfolio.
